To do a good job in the second half of the year, Ma Huanyong put forward the "three most" work requirements. One is to focus on the "most urgent need" of socialized agricultural services and build a solid foundation for serving agriculture. We will focus on promoting the "Five Ones" project, issuing a socialized service document centered around our main responsibilities and businesses, improving a city wide agricultural supply network system, building a modern agricultural technology industrial park for supply and marketing, cultivating a group of socialized service market entities, and creating a "Ala Ningbo" characteristic agricultural product brand. The second is to focus on the core competitiveness of enterprises, which is the most important way to promote the preservation and appreciation of social assets. The recycling and utilization of renewable resources sector should firmly establish the awareness of "grabbing", closely monitor opportunities and seize opportunities, and continuously enhance brand influence; Focus on the market to grab market share and continuously improve market share; Focus on the industry's leading opportunities and continuously increase the proportion of R&D funding investment. The third is to focus on performance evaluation and incentives as the "most effective means" to stimulate the entrepreneurial vitality of employees.
