In order to solidly carry out the study and education of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, and highlight the study and education of newly promoted cadres, young cadres, and key position cadres, the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative held a special symposium for young cadres on June 25th. Ma Huanyong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Council, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while Dai Jianguo, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Council, presided over the meeting.

Ma Huanyong emphasized that caring for and nurturing the growth and success of young cadres is an important measure to implement the goal of "strengthening society through talent and technology". Young cadres should cherish organizational care, consciously build a solid foundation of faith, always have a heart for the people, tighten the string of self-discipline, and demonstrate their sense of responsibility. At the same time, Ma Huanyong had a collective heart to heart talk with young cadres and put forward three hopes and requirements for them: firstly, they should love their choices. If you choose supply and marketing, you should cultivate a strong sense of supply and marketing, focus on serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, love your job, and demonstrate the passion, motivation, and spirit of young cadres. The second is to be filled with a thirst for knowledge. Optimize the knowledge reserve structure, keep up with the ever-changing times, meet the needs of T-shaped talents, and persist in doing more, listening more, watching more, walking more, and thinking more. Thirdly, we must promote a pragmatic and united work style. Always adhere to being an honest person, taking practical actions, and promoting a pragmatic style; Always remember that understanding unity is great wisdom, being able to unite is a major task, and true unity is a great realm; Always strive to be strict with oneself, honest with oneself, and self disciplined in life.

At the meeting, six young cadre representatives focused on the theme of strengthening the construction of the Party's work style, based on their own learning and work reality, and emphasized the importance of ideological style, responsibility, and diligence and integrity. They compared and checked their own ideological style problems and performance risks and loopholes, and put forward ideas, measures, and suggestions for improving work style and achieving success in their positions.

More than 40 newly promoted cadres, young cadres, and key position cadres from the municipal social security organs, training centers, supply and marketing groups, and subsidiary companies attended the meeting.
