On June 19, 2025, Ma Huanyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Council of Ningbo Supply and Marketing Cooperative, led a team to China Renewable Resources Development Group to conduct business exchanges and discuss deepening cooperation matters. Xing Hongwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Renewable Resources Development Group, presided over the symposium.

This exchange focused on serving the national strategy and the overall development of circular economy, and both sides had in-depth discussions on the resource utilization of large construction and decoration waste. One is the policy orientation of joint research. Both sides have accurately grasped the requirements and development trends of important documents such as the "Five Year Special Plan for High Quality Development of the National Supply and Marketing Cooperative Recycling and Utilization Network System Construction (2024-2028)" recently released at the national level, and the "Opinions on Further Strengthening Urban Construction Waste Management" forwarded by the General Office of the State Council. The second is to discuss cooperation paths together. Both parties had constructive discussions on core business areas such as the resource utilization of large construction and decoration waste, the construction of modern renewable resource recycling networks and green sorting centers with high standards, and the cooperation to expand the market application of related intelligent sorting and comprehensive disposal equipment. The third is to jointly develop a new chapter. Both sides agree that they should fully leverage their respective advantages in resource networks, technological equipment, and policy implementation, deepen practical cooperation in building a modern renewable resource recycling and utilization system, promoting the application of advanced intelligent equipment, exploring green, low-carbon, and circular development models, and achieve complementary advantages and win-win development.
