Ma Huanyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Council of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, while Pan Xixiang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Government Working Committee, attended the meeting to provide guidance.

Members of the Party Committee of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative, as well as heads of various departments, training centers, and supply and marketing groups, focused on in-depth learning and understanding of the important instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and the spirit of Premier Li Qiang's instructions. They closely followed the learning theme, combined with previous research on supply and marketing cooperatives in various districts (counties, cities), deeply analyzed the shortcomings and opportunities of the current Ningbo supply and marketing system's commitment to agricultural socialized services, and explored countermeasures and work measures.

The meeting pointed out that the supply and marketing cooperatives system in the city should deeply implement the important discourse and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, conscientiously implement the important instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, fully and accurately implement the new development concept, deepen comprehensive reform, continuously build a comprehensive platform to serve farmers' production and life and promote modern agricultural development, and make new contributions to the high-quality development of agricultural socialized services through supply and marketing.

The meeting emphasized the need to closely integrate with the actual situation in Ningbo and continuously deepen the "three in one" reform of production, supply and marketing, and credit. We will closely focus on the three main businesses of agricultural material supply, agricultural product circulation, and agricultural services, and comprehensively promote the implementation of the twelve measures. In terms of agricultural material supply, establish a storage and supply center for agricultural materials, set up a one-stop service system for agricultural material "production, supply, and sales", and build an agricultural material distribution team; In terms of agricultural product circulation, we will create a number of characteristic industry agricultural cooperatives, cultivate a number of characteristic agricultural product direct supply bases, improve a cold chain network for agricultural products covering urban and rural areas, build a composite online and offline agricultural product sales channel, and operate a regional public brand for agricultural products called "Ala Ningbo"; In terms of agricultural services, we will establish a set of field agricultural service centers, cultivate a group of market-oriented and specialized service entities, train a group of new farmers with technology, ability, and emotions, and make good use of a set of credit insurance fund financial tools, striving to create a landmark achievement in Ningbo's supply and marketing services for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.
