On May 23rd, Zhao Hongyu, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Council of Luoyang Supply and Marketing Cooperative, led a team to Ningbo to inspect the recycling and utilization of renewable resources. Accompanied by Tang Yi, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Council of Ningbo Supply and Marketing Cooperative, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Ningbo Supply and Marketing Group Company.

Zhao Hongyu and his delegation visited the recyclable sorting center in Haishu District, the intelligent recycling terminal in Haichuang Community, and the large-scale construction and decoration waste disposal center in High tech Zone, and observed the entire process of intelligent equipment processing recyclable materials, community front-end household waste recycling, and the crushing, screening, and recycling of large-scale construction and decoration waste. At the demonstration site of the digital supervision platform, Zhao Hongyu gained a detailed understanding of the full chain closed-loop management mechanism of "generating reminders, standardizing transportation, transit sorting, and terminal disposal", with a focus on inquiring about the research and application of intelligent devices, the utilization rate of solid waste resources, and the industrial operation mode.

At the subsequent symposium, Zhao Hongyu attentively listened to the latest achievements of Ningbo's construction solid waste collection, disposal, and resource utilization system. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as technical standards for reducing construction waste, regional collaborative disposal mechanisms, and equipment research and development forwarding paths. Zhao Hongyu stated that the "intelligent equipment+digital supervision+industrial application" recycling and utilization model of renewable resources constructed in Ningbo provides an innovative model for solving the problem of solid waste treatment in construction. The relevant experience has important reference significance for Luoyang City to promote the construction of a "waste free city".

During the inspection, Zhao Hongyu and his delegation also visited the Ningbo Agricultural Cooperative Union Exhibition and Sales Center to understand the operation of the "Ala Ningbo" regional public brand, and affirmed its approach of expanding agricultural product sales channels through online and offline integration.
