Qi Fenghua and his delegation visited Ningbo Haitian Holding Group Co., Ltd. on the spot, held in-depth discussions with the enterprise leaders, and understood in detail the enterprise's foreign trade business layout, export order structure, and the market development achievements along the "the Belt and Road". The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges around exchange rate fluctuations, cross-border e-commerce transformation, supply chain resilience building and other foreign trade hot issues.

Qi Fenghua pointed out in his research that Ningbo's state-owned enterprises have unique advantages in foreign trade development, including location and port advantages, industrial supporting advantages, and open innovation advantages, making them stand out among the system's foreign trade enterprises. Regarding the cooperation between the two supply and marketing cooperatives, Qi Fenghua emphasized the need to strengthen communication and coordination. Rely on the central hub position of Hubei as the "thoroughfare of nine provinces" and the important node advantage of Ningbo as the "the Belt and Road", promote the efficient circulation of agricultural products and other characteristic products across regions; Secondly, we need to deepen regional cooperation. Based on the "Ningbo Huanggang Cooperation" (Ningbo Huanggang), we will expand the platform sharing mechanism, deepen cooperation in cross-border e-commerce, exhibition economy and other fields, and jointly create a two-way cooperation model of "bringing in+going out" to achieve complementary advantages and resource sharing; We need to accelerate transformation and upgrading.
