On April 23rd, Ma Huanyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Council of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative, visited Cixi to promote agricultural socialized services.

Ma Huanyong and his delegation inspected the Cixi Grape Industry Museum, the "Original Meiyou" Gongfu Workshop, and the Xinpu Town Agricultural Cooperative Union Agricultural Service Center. They held discussions with relevant officials from Xinpu Town, Kuangyan Town, and Henghe Town, as well as representatives of local rice, bayberry, and bean industry agricultural cooperatives. They listened to frontline voices, understood frontline needs, and asked grassroots and farmers for advice and strategies. They had in-depth exchanges on issues such as improving the comprehensive skills of new farmers, expanding agricultural product sales channels, exploring new cultivation technologies, drone operation training, layout of seedling breeding and drying centers, and development of agricultural cultural tourism integration projects.

Ma Huanyong pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued important instructions on the work of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives on the occasion of its 70th anniversary, emphasizing the need to "continuously build a comprehensive platform that serves farmers' production and life and promotes the development of modern agriculture, and serve as a bridge and link between the Party and the government to closely connect with the farmers. This year, a key focus of the work of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative is to deepen the "three in one" reform in rural areas, improve the modern agricultural service system, enhance the level of agricultural socialized services, and create a comprehensive platform to serve as a bridge and link.

Ma Huanyong emphasized the need to focus on top-level design and cultivate new types of entities. Fully connect resources, increase technological content, and continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of services. Especially, we need to leverage the driving role of characteristic industry agricultural cooperatives in promoting the regionalization, industrialization, mechanization, and digitization of agricultural services for small farmers. To further leverage the driving role of the "Ala Ningbo" public brand in agricultural product sales, and promote the specialization, scale, standardization, and branding of agricultural product sales.

Ma Huanyong and his delegation also discussed the Xinpu Town Modern Agriculture Development Pilot Zone project with relevant leaders in Cixi City.
