The meeting pointed out that during the critical period of comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese style modernization, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has deployed to carry out in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation for learning and education. General Secretary Xi Jinping personally planned and determined the theme of learning and education, delivered important speeches, and made important instructions, fully demonstrating the high importance attached to the construction of work style and the development of learning and education.

The meeting emphasized that the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative should firmly support the "two consolidations" and resolutely achieve the "two safeguards" from a political height, and resolutely unify its thoughts and actions with the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee to carry out learning and education. It should closely follow the relevant deployment requirements of the higher authorities, comprehensively and systematically "learn", benchmark and "check", highlight key "improvements", focus on "promoting" development, and integrate learning and education into daily life and regularly. We should combine the implementation of learning and education with the implementation of major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee, and Municipal Party Committee, deepen the construction of Party conduct and clean government, and fight against corruption, and combine the rectification of formalism to reduce the burden on grassroots.
