Ma Huanyong put forward three requirements for implementing the spirit of the plenary sessions of the Central and Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. We must always maintain the tenacity and persistence of anti-corruption on the road, adhere to the strict tone, measures, and atmosphere for a long time, and maintain a clean and upright political ecology in the city's system. And from the three aspects of the purpose positioning, special system, and risk hidden dangers of the supply and marketing cooperatives, the characteristics of the situation of the city's comprehensive strict governance of the Party were analyzed. It is required to formulate targeted measures to solve them, transform the list of problems into a list of achievements, and effectively serve agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, manage social resources, and manage the team.
