On February 26th, the 10th plenary meeting of the second supervisory board of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative was held. The meeting pointed out that in 2024, under the strong leadership of the Municipal Social Security Party Committee, the Municipal Social Security Supervisory Board will deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 2nd and 3rd Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, conscientiously implement the important instructions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of supply and sales cooperatives, focus on the central task of reform and development of supply and sales cooperatives, always keep in mind the original intention and mission, faithfully fulfill its supervisory responsibilities, and provide strong guarantees for promoting the implementation of the municipal party committee's deployment requirements and promoting the high-quality development of the city's supply and sales cooperation.

The meeting emphasized that 2025 is the final year of the 14th Five Year Plan and a crucial year for fully implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and further deepening reforms comprehensively. The work of the supervisory board should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply study and implement the important instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, firmly establish the concept of "supervision is also service, supervision and service development", focus on the center and serve the overall situation, innovate work, improve mechanisms, enhance the ability to perform duties, improve the effectiveness of supervision, promote the implementation of the annual key tasks of "one mainline", "three reforms" and "five cooperatives linkage" of the municipal supply and marketing cooperatives, and serve to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the city's supply and marketing cooperation.

The meeting requires that in order to do a good job in the work of the supervisory board in 2025, we must raise our political position, adhere to strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party, improve and perfect the leadership system and working mechanism, serve and ensure the implementation of important deployments of the Municipal Social Party Committee, and optimize and enhance the comprehensive supervision efficiency of various types of supervision; Strengthen the supervisory function, ensure the safe development of social assets, improve the implementation of the supervision system and mechanism for social assets, strengthen the supervision of major issues related to the operation and disposal of social assets and enterprises, strengthen the supervision of county-level social enterprises in deepening social enterprise reform, and adhere to high-quality supervision to promote the high-quality development of the social economy; Enhance the sense of responsibility, solidly carry out the work of providing suggestions and recommendations, conduct in-depth research on special topics, actively conduct research visits, actively reflect social conditions and public opinion, enhance the sensitivity to closely follow the overall situation, and improve the accuracy of suggestions and recommendations; Strengthen self construction, enhance the quality and efficiency of the city's system supervisory board, strengthen the coordination and linkage between city and county supervisory boards, enhance guidance for the work of state-owned enterprise supervisory boards, strengthen the professional capacity building of supervisory boards, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of performance supervision and system guidance capabilities.

The meeting also conveyed and studied the spirit of the 7th Supervisory Meeting of the 7th National Federation and the 3rd Supervisory Meeting of the 9th Provincial Federation, and discussed the key work points of the Municipal Federation of Supervisors in 2025.
