Ma Huanyong emphasized the need to focus on serving agriculture, innovate practical approaches, and effectively further develop the "Cixi model" of the "three in one" agricultural cooperative reform into a "Cixi model". We must closely focus on the new demands under the new situation and provide farmers with a wider range, deeper, and more powerful production, supply, and credit services. Efforts should be made to focus on agricultural materials, agricultural technology, and unified prevention and control, and to optimize the "Eight Deliveries" service brand; Efforts should be made to promote the upward trend of agricultural products, using online and offline platforms to expand sales channels and solve sales problems; Efforts should be made to strengthen cooperation with financial and insurance institutions, leverage collective bargaining advantages, provide more favorable agricultural loans, insurance, and agricultural products, and reduce farmers' financing costs and production and operation risks.
