On December 17th, the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative held the third training course to enhance the capabilities of supply and marketing professionals. Ma Huanyong, Secretary of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative Party Committee and Director of the Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Yao Xufei, member of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Council, presided over the course.

Ma Huanyong comprehensively and systematically explained in his speech where supply and marketing specialists come from, what they do, and where they go. He pointed out that the supply and marketing specialist should stand at the height of "consolidating the Party's governance foundation in rural areas", always adhere to the fundamental purpose of "serving agriculture", and make every effort to promote the two major goals of building a "comprehensive platform" and a "bridge and link", and effectively fulfill the four basic functions of agricultural material supply, agricultural product circulation, agricultural socialized services, and recycling and utilization of renewable resources.

Ma Huanyong emphasized that the supply and marketing specialist is the "main force" of the supply and marketing cooperatives to deeply serve the farmers at the grassroots level, and is the future and hope of the supply and marketing cooperatives. We must fully grasp the main direction of future work: firstly, empowering strong foundations to serve agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. We need to strengthen our understanding of frontline farmers, agricultural conditions, and agricultural needs; Timely summarize experience and continuously strengthen grassroots communities; Give full play to the role of bridges and links, and help find good "business orders" for social enterprise management. The second is to create a regional public brand of "Ala Ningbo". To find good "goods", find authentic, specialty, and advantageous goods in local agricultural products, aquatic products, and livestock products; To identify the "location" and create a high standard and high-quality direct supply base based on geographical indications; We need to find the right people, fully explore new farmers with strength, technology, and ideas, and work together to establish the brand awareness of "Ala Ningbo". Thirdly, actively engage in the development of circular economy. Developing a circular economy and achieving the dual carbon goal is a national strategy. Ningbo's supply and marketing department has obvious leading advantages in the field of renewable resource recycling and utilization, such as "fully self-developed" equipment, "universal access to waste", and "full chain" industry. They are seizing opportunities, opportunities, and markets in a timely manner, and supply and marketing specialists should actively participate in it to support the development of the circular economy.

The heads of the supply and marketing cooperatives and the executive committee of the Agricultural Cooperative Federation in each district (county, city), as well as all supply and marketing specialists, attended the opening ceremony.
