The Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative focuses on leveraging the advantages of the special team work mechanism, convening a special team for the recycling and utilization of renewable resources (circular economy) consisting of leadership, government officials, young backbone of the supply and marketing group, and business leaders of subordinate enterprises. The Party Secretary takes the lead in overall management, the leadership team takes the lead, and the comrades of the special team strive to be the first, forming a working atmosphere where each level provides guidance and leads each level. Recently, the leadership team of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative led a team to study and inspect various cities in the province, absorbing and learning from the beneficial experience of various regions in the development of circular economy, such as the disposal of large construction and decoration waste and the recycling of household waste. They promoted the successful model of Ningbo in the disposal and utilization of construction solid waste, and made efforts to give full play to the characteristic advantages of the Supply and Marketing Cooperative in the recycling and utilization of renewable resources industry, focusing on deepening practical cooperation and working together to promote the construction of a "waste free city" and the development of circular economy in the region.

In less than a month, Ma Huanyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Council of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative, led a team to visit five places including Hangzhou, Quzhou, Shaoxing, Huzhou, and Zhoushan. They visited the renovation waste resource utilization point in Linping District, the Wanchuan construction waste disposal project in Quzhou City, the construction waste by-product disposal and utilization center in Yuecheng District, the Huzhou Construction Waste Recycling Center, and Zhoushan Jinke Resource Recycling Co., Ltd. They gained a detailed understanding of the local construction waste disposal mode, technical advantages, and operational status. At the same time, they held a symposium to promote the "Ningbo model" of construction waste disposal and discuss cooperation matters. The members of the team led teams to visit and exchange ideas in Wenzhou, Jinhua, Jiaxing, Lishui, Taizhou, Zhoushan and other places, learning from successful experiences in various regions and promoting equipment for the Ningbo project.

On December 6th, the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative held a special meeting for directors to review and summarize the implementation and progress of the previous stage's special team work, and to study specific measures to solve problems and accelerate the implementation of physical projects in the next stage.

The meeting pointed out that there were many gains from this inspection. Firstly, first-hand information on the development of the construction solid waste disposal and utilization industry in the province was obtained, and policy requirements, market conditions, and enterprise willingness were clarified; Secondly, potential orders that have achieved breakthroughs in cooperation within the province have been obtained, and a list of key projects to be followed up on in the next step has been compiled; Thirdly, it has gained market confidence in accelerating the construction of construction solid waste disposal and utilization projects, and further strengthened confidence in the equipment advantages and market prospects of the Ningbo model.

The meeting emphasized that in the next stage, we need to have a deeper understanding of the connotation and essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions, further strengthen our sense of purpose, clarify our target positioning, focus on national strategies, and deepen reform and innovation. We need to further strengthen communication and coordination with various cities within the province, closely monitor potential project orders, plan and promote project implementation with high positioning, high standards, and high quality, and make every effort to create a landmark achievement of promoting and replicating the Ningbo model within the province, demonstrating Ningbo's supply and marketing responsibility in the construction of a "waste free city" and innovative development of circular economy in the region.
